What did you think of the Oscars? The nominees. Winners. Dresses. Speeches. Upsets. Sure things. Billy Crystal. The Artist. Meryl Streep. No matter who you picked to win, no matter who you wanted to win, there’s no debating one fact we are very proud of.
“The Artist” was closing night of our festival in October. It went on to win Best Picture. The year before we showcased “The King’s Speech”, and the year before that was “Precious”. Something special happens in Mill Valley every October that translates into gold in February. We are thrilled to play a part in this wonderful tradition - and give a huge solute to all Bay Area Academy Members.
This year is the 35th Mill Valley Film Festival. Who’s next?](http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m06azgadcv1qm6v04o1_500.jpg)
